DBS should allow you to have both Black and Altitude cards, which would be ideal for overseas vs local spend.
As for MC/Visa, it's Citibank all the way.
P.S. I'm surprised at how OCBC and UOB aren't offering a decent card for mileage accrual. Maybe one day...
