Yep, Vacationstogo.com is one of the best. Will give decent prices. But there are a lot of cruise booking sites that give decent rates. After 9 cruises, we have used AACruises twice, Vacationstogo three times, SkyAuction once, Local Travel Agent once, and a Cruise Compete twice. Of all of those AACruises (DLCruises, ASCruises, probably UACruises, and USCruises I believe are all the same company) and Vacationstogo are who I would book with again.
Also visit CruiseCritic.com (sponsored by CruCon) for a message board similar to FT but for Cruises. Although the professionalism on CC is quite a bit less than on FT (except for Omni) the questions do get answered.
Other interesting Cruise Message Boards are Cruisemates.com Cruiseaddicts.com and one that supposedly keeps track of the best deals on a continuing basis called CruiseShark. (downloaded it and it did not work at all)
