UA and US are subpar yes, but CO is far ahead of AC (for now, who knows if UA will ruin that). They provided food (eg. cheeseburger, chicken wrap, turkey sandwich) and the staff actually make me feel welcomed and that they enjoy their job.

AC does deserve praise over most of their American competition, but at the same time I hate that they seem to try to just stay ahead of UA/US instead of trying to improve and have a level offering and service as the global airlines.
