I second what others have said, make a dummy booking then just wait a min or two on the review screen. Also, I've found - by accident - that chat will pop up when viewing a booked itinerary and letting the screen sit idle for a minute or two.
^ to UA for the chat function, those folks have been very helpful every time I've used it.
I accidentally found that too when viewing a booked itinerary and pondered what should I do with the trip, the chat box suddenly appeared.
I have never used the feature but probably would now seeing the positive comments here.
