Wheels cost you an awful lot of weight. Also if a wheel breaks in Laos (or anywhere else for that matter) the other wheel is useless and your bag is a heavy burden to carry.

The SkyTrain is a wonderful bag. However, I use a smaller RedOxx bag, the Sun Chaser for a carry on bag as I need a checked bag to haul my work stuff.
