Any Way to "Force" the Chat With Agent Option to Appear on .bomb?
Shockingly, I often like to use the "Chat with an agent" feature on .bomb to inquire about alternate fare classes for certain routings. Not so shockingly, this feature seems to surface with wild inconsistency. While booking some trips, the chat option box appears after selecting my flights, for some trips, it'll appear after 20 minutes, or so, of searching, and for some bookings, won't appear at all.
My question: does anyone know a way to guarantee a chat with an agent/force the chat box to appear? I tried searching the FT threads on the new-ish .bomb enhancements, which largely reported the option under the "Customer Service" link. It could just be my stupidity, but I was unable to find any such option under customer service, or with a Google search.
Any insight/procedures would be most helpful.
