You are supposed to get the mileage and Q-points based on the fare letter that you purchased. I never get any bonuses from stickers, almost always with the VIP2 I did get the bonus, remember the ticket was actually reissued in the higher inventory. Now it is hit or miss, if I get the extra bonus I look at it as lucky.
