If you take a bus from LIN to Milano Centrale the BGY bus will also depart from the air terminal at the side of the station. So you could cut out a bit of walking and lugging baggage and just head off to BGY and at BGY take the bus into Bergamo. An extra change, but little walking or looking for platforms etc involved.
