Last year Mrs P and I were on a LONE4 accruing miles to AA
towards the end of the trip we had 4 flights on KA/CX - booking class 'L' on them accrues 0% miles to AA but accrues 50% to QF

AFTER the trip, I wrote a letter to QF enclosing the boarding passes (which showed our AA membership numbers), explaining we were getting 0% to AA and asking for QFF points and status credits. Both of which were granted.^
