Any full service Hyatt (Hyatt, Hyatt Regency, Grand Hyatt, Park Hyatt) will have a bell stand that will happily store your luggage before or after you checkout.

Limited-service Hyatts (Hyatt Place, Hyatt Summerfield Suites) will also store your luggage upon request at the front desk.
