We're spending this long weekend at the Renaissance Hotel in Palm Springs, CA. TripAdvisor reviews have been pretty decent of late, but for a long time they were very critical of this property. I'm wondering if anyone here has familiarity with this hotel and, if so, what his/her experience was like. I don't see a Concierge Level described in the Marriott write-up, but we've never stayed at a Renaissance Hotel that did not have one. We're Gold Elite members and were looking forwarded to being upgraded and being able to use the lounge facilities. Would appreciate hearing from anyone who knows this hotel. Thank you.
