Travelocity is Sabre which was an airline reservation systems founded by the airlines themselves.

Customers can determine if it meets their needs or not and get more specifics. The details on the program are vague since it appears as though the card isn't out yet.

The details I saw elsewhere were different but its all hearsay till the card is issued and the website has details on the reward structure.
