Once on a MIA-LGA segment, the captain gave us constant reports of the Sunday afternoon baseball scores, and then he actually reported play-by-play the final inning of a Mets game. The entire cabin was cracking up. It must have been a combination of an enthusiastic baseball fan in the pilot's seat and equally enthusiastic air traffic controllers.
