Actually, I'd call and rebook! The nonstop is gone, but there are some connecting flights. They should be able to accommodate a request closer to your original flight time. Also, you'll get lots of extra miles! Quick scan of flights shows some interesting routing choices available.

When you do this, ask them to note in your record (if you want) something that might allow a switch back to the nonstop if it's reintroduced (but I wouldn't hold my breath).
