We shall have to agree to disagree then. I understand the "levels of access" that you reference - it's just that because some of them WILL give the information and others WON'T, I don't believe that is the case.

Completely agreed. I believe THIS is the essence of why some agents tell you "they can't see that". I reiterate my contention that you are dealing with a MOLA in such a case.
