Web site www.budgetvegas.com has problems
Since the Las Vegas Budget office is a franchisee, they have a separate web site. Try sending them an e-mail from that web site. All "send e-mail" links are broken links.
I guess that is one way to cut down on e-mail complaints!
Telephone service at the Las Vegas station is bad too. They only have one person (who of course is out sick or on vacation the day I called) that can respond to FF credit questions. Apparently "Jennifer" has complete job security there, since nobody else knows how FF crediting works except for her.
