This is my first post so I apologize if I don’t have all the terms down correctly…
I’m planning to travel to Maui on Hawaiian this November. As I need to purchase three tickets I’d like to use the 25% discount we received by getting a Hawaiian Air credit card and I’d like to use miles for the third seat. The 25% discount is a e-certificate and the rules on the page say you can only redeem online and as I really need the three seats together because one seat is for a child. I’ve been unable to figure out how to book all three at the same time (there are still seats available for mile redemption for the flights I’m looking at). Hawaiian’s website will not let me redeem both rewards at once. The only option I think I have is to make two separate transactions and hope that I can get the seats to together…so before I went online and tried my luck I’d thought I’d throw it out there in case someone has any ideas or thoughts of how I could possibly get all of the seats together. I would appreciate any advice folks may have.
