IME, when you are told "we can't see it", you are dealing with a MOLA. I do not now, nor will I ever believe that the system is programmed so that SOME agents get access and other don't.
I believe it is policy NOT to tell us, since the lists can shift on a moment's notice and some pax might be upset if they had access to the data.

Most reservation systems have several different levels of access and I believe the agent when they say access has been taken away from them. The best way to ensure agents don't give out information that they aren't supposed to is by taking away their authority to view the list...
