Nine times out of ten, my bags get opened and searched. They open and dig around in every zipper pouch, toiletry bag , ziplock bag, tool pouch and clothing bag. They dump pouches out, look at every tiny thing and then scoop it all back in.
At least you got your stuff back. They left some of mine out.
Apparently they have no procedures to make sure everything get put back in.
