A few really nice agents actaully looked without me asking and definitly helped me make a decision when one day it was 50 people on the list and the other day 2.....
IME, when you are told "we can't see it", you are dealing with a MOLA. I do not now, nor will I ever believe that the system is programmed so that
SOME agents get access and other don't.
I believe it is policy NOT to tell us, since the lists can shift on a moment's notice and some pax might be upset if they had access to the data.
