In the past 2 months I have not seen anyone use this service. You can't even see the 'curb side' checkin unless you are dropped off by a shuttle bus. If dropped off by friend or family you will never see it.

Pretty much a useless service, i feel sorry for the guy working there, next week I am going to give him a Colt .45 to drink while sitting out there without any customers in the Texas heat.
