I find that even the expensive "full service" hotels often have no breakfast options before 6am. Inexcusable if you ask me. There is no reason they can't offer at least cold items like breads, fruit, pastries, etc. at earlier hours. And yes, I am willing to pay for it. On several occasions I have wanted to order room service breakfast (or even eat in a restaurant or the lobby) and was willing to pay for it, but there was no option to do so at the time that I wanted to eat. So much for "full service."
