Yep, line 14 is fully wheelchair accessible, the only line in the Paris Métro system to be.
Also: The RER A and B stations (those run by the RATP) also tend to have elevators in them, and the trains are flat-floored with platforms at the same level. RER C (and ostensibly the two other RER lines run by SNCF - RER D & E) have step-up cars and stations that generally lack elevators.
