One questions, while I have yet to have to print one, what happened with the on-board coupon being substituted for airport coupons? The website still reads for on-board use. Has this changed? If so, it is not an improvement as many of us who benefit from this are Sky Club members - as one would suspect. If we have time at the airport, we camp out there. The coupons are really a benefit for flying in coach....a great benefit and improvement.
Received "Have one on us" coupon during online check-in for JFK-SFO on Tuesday. Redeemed for a "Flight Delights" which seemed to be best non-perishable snack option. Would be nice to redeem for sandwich but that's probably asking too much.
Halfway through flight was approached by FA who thanked me for being "VIP" customer and offered free drink. She had passenger list and did same for all elites.
Was disappointed that all AVOD options cost $6 (Movies, HBO, and TV). Seemed to remember at least TV being free on JFK-LAX. Is this new?
