The chart below is from the Skywards website. According to the Skywards website, tier miles can only be earned by flying Emirates. However, Ung1 is smarter than me and he would know re the airlines he quoted, ie tier miles would apply to those carriers he listed (if booked via EK.com). If however, you were flying the carriers listed as per the chart below and you didnt make the original booking on EK, then Skywards miles would apply, but not tier miles.
