At some point, someone on the DL side stated that there was a policy to offer the elite baggage allowance to FB elites. However, I have never been able to find something in writing on dl.com. (Nor does AF/KL state anything about DL elites on their pages).
We shall see if it ever gets stated, but I have indeed noticed that the system now seems to recognize FB status for luggage allowances (which was not the case last year).
