What I don't understand is how they could give away my seat (as EXP) even when oversold. Aren't they supposed to wait till 15 mins before flight before giving away seats??
Thing that makes this whole thing worse is that I had to wait 60 mins for next flight (via STL) to NYC and my connecting flight in STL was cancelled and I had to wait for 112 mins there for next flight to LGA!
