Capital One is YMMV... I would not recommend them over a credit union or major bank... Even though I have my concerns with Chase, Citi, & BofA... I would rather apply for all of them... then gamble with Capital One...

They are going to be in my next thread... What I don't want in my wallet...

Don't get me wrong, they like all other "douche" issuers, have great offers...

But not enough to justify the pain and suffering...

At least from the credit side that is...
