I'm visiting Paris with my wife in August... will be the first time for both of us.

We are arriving by Eurostar to Nord and we are staying at the Westin, which is near Tuileries Metro station. What is the best way to get to our hotel? We will be arriving in the middle of the afternoon.

I assume Metro is probably the most economical and practical way. Is there a website that shows the layout of Gare du Nord in English, or better yet if someone has a photo tutorial of how to transfer from Eurostar to the Metro?
