I'm not sure the fact that you may have taken an extensive survey regarding the Amex Plat product, decrees, without question that the product will be "revamped." It may, but it also may not.

Many in this forum have participated in Amex surveys regarding the credit/charge card products, but it's not a given that a revamp will occur in each case. Amex could just as easily evaluate the data from the survey and do nothing at all.

BTW, I'm not saying that they will or will not revamp the product. I'm just saying the fact that you participated in a survey that asks extensive questions related to the product, does not, in and of itself, guarantee that the product will be revamped.

The thread title seems inaccurate in this context as posters will likely open the thread expecting to see concrete details regarding an Amex Platinum revamping that obviously do not exist at this point. I know that is what I was expecting when I opened the thread...
