Extra kilos at BT is per segment. Extra bag charge is per one-way. Extra bag is not increasing overall kilo allowance, so if you are over 20 kgs (on European flights in economy) you have to pay extra per kilo, doesn't matter if you already paid for 3 or 4 bags This is a true Ryanair style.

Just wondering about this IC BT codeshare, can you earn any BalticMiles or EB points there?

p.s. have you tried to ask BT for your EBG status match? In the past success was depending whether you travelled BT before (some considerable amount), not sure what is the situation now.
