Don't put me on your list!

I read yesterday in USA Today that TSA is keeping a LIST of all passengers that "threaten" them, verbally or physically so whatever you do, do it carefully. I returned from Jamaica yesterday (MBJ not Kingston) and the same TSA agent was inconsistent to say the least. The woman in front of me had a rather large bottle of perfume recently purchased and after explaining she could not carry it on, she agreed to let her as long as she removed it from the box. She then proceeded to go through my bag thoroughly and finally removed a needle with thread. The secondary security was even tougher...the woman literally tossed my belongings up in the air, on the counter, in a box and then threw them back in the suitcase so haphazardly that I could not close my bag without repacking.
I get that the rules are changing daily but would it hurt for them to do their job with a little finesse?
