The Eurail select covers internal travel as well (with the exception below). Of course if you only do a short trip on one day it 'eats up a day', so if you are short on days it may pay to buy tickets for short local trips seperately. Looking at your itinarary you dont have that problem.

There are a few exceptions: some of the 'scenic mountain railways' in Switzerland are excluded (although you will get a discount). These are operated by private companies, not by the national railway company (SBB in German, also three letter acronyms in French and Italian). The Eurail website lists these exceptions.
