A gradually increasing number of N'Ex trains to Shinjuku (and beyond) are stopping at Shibuya now. I've been on a few that did. I believe this is part of the expansion that is intended as a cheap competitive response to the imminent opening of the new faster Keisei line.

I've never "activated" a Suica or Pasmo card, if it has value on it at least equal to a minimum ticket, it will work AFAIK.

The Megaweb thing on O-Daiba is actually a Toyota-run exhibit so that's all that you'll see there. The brakes seem to work on everything that moves.
