Have made a change to FF bkg;
$$ change plus fee was deduced from oringal CC then refunded, and waiting in limbo for bkg to be ticketed.
Questioned QF re status of bkg; was told "bkg error" original bkg, then changed; hence problems with refund followed by immediate deducton and refund ,
have had problems before with a QF downdgrade refund (2months)?
But is this change to FF bkg *unable to be ticketed* regular or just me?
