The duvet should keep you warm, but I would recommend traveling in a light-weight long-sleeved shirt, such as a long-sleeved t-shirt. This, combined with the duvet should be more than adequate, and be more comfortable against the leather seat.

I always travel in a long-sleeve t-shirt and carry a light-weight jacket. The combination will keep me warm even in a cold exit row seat, and even in a warm location you may need a light-weight jacket in case of rain. The t-shirt is not too hot even on arrival at a tropical location, until I can change into something more comfortable.
