I flew an E90 YEG->YVR last week in J. There are actually only two o/h bins in the J section large enough for rollaboards, and 9 seats. I boarded early to make sure I got room, only to be told by the Dragon Lady that I couldn't put the rollaboard up top. This is Business Class, for God's sake! We argued and I compromised by putting the laptop under the seat. Then a SE arrived next to me, and after getting the same treatment told her to stuff it. She backed off.

At least one FA needs to be sent for re-education.
