Me neither. I'd settle for the same treatment and quality of service from DL SMS that I receive from US air as a nonelite, regular customer. I'm realistic about them matching US as their realistic goal.

I know it would be asking the moon for them to attempt to match the fantastic CS I experienced from NW, or even now the decent CS I receive from the CO Elite line.
