I've stayed here twice this month since the SPG Aloft has been sold out. The hotel is nice and I'd say it is an upscale ES.
I did have one issue this evening when I ordered room service and 90 minutes later my order hadn't shown up. I called down to see if there was an issue and apparently they had written down my room number wrong. This is interesting since they also asked for my name when ordering.
Anyway they said they would send it up immediately, but I got a call back two minutes later asking if I would come down to pick it up. I did, and got my hour old cold food, and was even charged full price plus the room service delivery fee.
Edit: I normally would have refused it, but it was nearing 10PM and I hadn't eaten lunch so I was absolutely starving.
