2. Its best she gets a Schenzen visa.. Basically the visa issued by any of the EU members to the schenzen treaty is a Schenzen visa.. normally denoted by "C" type in the visa type. As another OP mentioned, all the above countries come under this so it will suffice to get just 1 visa from ideally the country u arriving 1st within continental europe i.e your 1st point of entry..

3. it shoudl be quite easy to get this in US if you are coming from there once you show them the UK visa and show them your status.

Am not aware of the special provisions for spouses of EU nationals, but I guess its not worth the USD 50-60 u shd be paying for a Schenzen visa..
