Filling planes during (and soon after) the strike - would you...

In an attempt to start filling the planes that will get reinstated as more and more crew start turning up for work and as a compensation for the loss of bookings due to the strike would you:

* buy heavily discounted (say 35%) last minute tickets on flights during the strike dates?
* consider using miles during strike dates if redemption was reduced to 50%?
* book now if BA provided free one-way upgrades for flights booked and flown between now and 90 days?

Any other bright ideas how WW could start filling planes quickly?

(any BA staff, please feel free to suggest the above and below to higher management! )

PS: Lets not b!tch and moan by suggesting "by providing normal service during the strike days" etc. We have other threads for that.
