What's the best way to track a flight in a situation like this?

When looking at united.com's flight status, it shows that UA 900 on 5/24 flew from SFO to DLH, and then continued on towards Frankfurt at 10:30pm, with a current status of "In flight" and scheduled to arrive at 10:23am (that would've been 8 or 9 hrs ago).

Flightaware shows that UA 900 really went to ORD (as mentioned earlier in this thread), but doesn't seem to show an ORD-FRA segment. United.com says the return flight UA 901 today (5/25) is canceled, so did the UA 900 aircraft stay in ORD?
