Programs: Now just a lowly DL PM/1MM. This industry needs some competition. It's just not enjoyable anymore.

I was in DTW on 5-22-10 and overheard the birds saying that the terminal was much nicer was NW was running the show. It was also much easier to book low award seats on the train to the other end of the terminal when they didn't feel like flying.
