The flight from LAX to NRT on May 11th. were late and we missed our connection to bkk. Delta put us up at a hotel, then put us on ANA flight the next day to BKK. I have received miles for the original booking when due to cancelled or missed flights I was rerouted. In fact, when my TXL-JFK was cancelled and I was rerouted TXL-CDG-LAX, I got the TXL-JFK and JFK-LAX miles, MQMs and Medallion bonus PLUS the 12,500 promotional bonus miles for the JFK-LAX BE promo going on this spring.
Now, the reroute was on AF. Perhaps you need to try again with a letter further up the food chain?
