I've done the 19 seat beech before, direct from YYR -> YYT. That was a number of years ago, and as I recall it wasn't THAT bad. The plane's tiny, noisy, you can't stand up, and there's no bathroom.

But it's not completely unbearable. Pee before you get on, bring a book, don't consume too many liquids, and enjoy the view.
