First, like you rightly said, their solid warranty is a huge plus. It’s easily one of the most consumer friendly warranties. Second, I love their understated looks. You won’t see too many fashionistas carrying a BR bag, but I have seen a lot of serious professionals toting them. Third, the quality is outstanding. From wheels and zippers to the fabric used for making these bags, everything is top notch. But if I had to make a choice, I wouldn’t hesitate buying it on retail price.
