Shibuya is a much smaller station and easier to navigate. The subway portion is only 3 stops (4 minutes). It takes about 20 minutes to go from Ueno to Aoyama Itchome on the Ginza line.

You can use the Suica and N'EX deal on Narita to Tokyo direction. It does not work for getting to the airport however.

I didn't think there was a N'EX that stops at Shibuya, at least not one that runs frequently. However, if there is, then the OP should change to the Ginza Line and get on the train that goes toward Ueno.
