Just inquired with M&M on that one, as my travel also includes ASU/LPB/VVI - all conveniently served by PZ ex GRU. Been told that PZ flights ARE ELIGIBLE for earning with M&M under the same rules as JJ (i.e. yielding also status miles as of May 13, 2010).
