Based on the OP's destination of Aoyama Itchome, I recommend taking the Narita Express to Shibuya and change to Ginza or Hanzomon subway line. Narita Express departs every 30 minute on the 15 and 45.

Shibuya is a much smaller station and easier to navigate. The subway portion is only 3 stops (4 minutes). It takes about 20 minutes to go from Ueno to Aoyama Itchome on the Ginza line.

You can use the Suica and N'EX deal on Narita to Tokyo direction. It does not work for getting to the airport however.
