+1 on the SJC AC staff.

A few years ago I was a PLT going SJC-JFK-LHR on an award ticket. SJC-JFK mechancaled. the AAngel at the AC rebooked me SFO-LAX-LHR and cabbed my as up to SFO from SJC with another person who happened to be a FTer. Super friendly and helpful.
